JAP round ? from cannon ? help !

I got hold of this shell it looks jap, im not sure what it off, in nice condition, any idea`s ? markings are as follow`s, F (at top) 9 with two crossed cannons ( at bottom) others are small and in jap ? that if it is jap ? thanks

measurments in mm

now measured, = 37mm neck, case is 167mm long, base is 54 wide x 2mm thick, the cas eopens up from 37mm to 43mm collar, also whats its value ?
 
Japanese 37x165R case for use in the Type 94 anti-tank gun and the Type 98 tank gun. Projectile weight 700g, muzzle velocity 700 m/s.

You can see it in the pic below, from my Ammo Photo Gallery. It fired the same projectiles as the 37x134R next to it.

thanks i found these pictures of the 37mm a/t gun & type 95 tank with 37mm gun, i would also like afew more view`s on price in the uk ? thanks so far
