Japanese 20x142mm

This Japanese 20x142mm is a bit of a mystery, the projectile and fuze is, I have Ken Elk's books on "under 20mm" and "20 to 40mm" and this particular combo fuze and projectile does not appear in the book, all comments welcome Thanks

Looks homemade to me, or a bitser.

The thread on the 'fuze' is too small and coarse for 20mm Japanese (possibly a partial fuze from something larger?).

The bourrelet is too pronounced, like it was made from a drawing and the projectile wall thickness is excessive for a fuzed HE 20mm.
