Japanese 47mm Type-1 Headstamp

Hi, I have this 47mm Type-1 Japanese case and wondered if someone could translate the headstamps (sorry if they are upside down, I haven't got a clue how to put them :tinysmile_hmm_t2:). Also, how rare are the shells to come by on this side of the pond? TIA.

The case has the Nagoya Army Arsenal acceptance stamp of November 1942, and the primer has the Osaka Army Arsenal stamp of April 1942.
