Japanese 75x292R Inscriptions.

Can somebody translate these four lines of Japanese characters on this 75x292R case and projectile please.
Looks like a third year fuze on a shrapnel projectile with a base groove that matches the case crimp.
I am not sure what model projectile and the characters on the fuze and case may be Taisho as they look unusual to me.

I realise it is Osaka Army Arsenal and maybe dates from 1915-1918? All help is appreciated. Ron.

The 6th photo is a date:

"SHOWA HACHI NEN GO GWATSU JYU KU NICHI" (last 2 x kanji???)

Which translate to:

Showa 8th year (1933) 5th Month (May) 19th day >>> 19th, May 1933

Only one reply so far. Can somebody translate the characters please.

Also the case and primer are not WW2 dates and need translating too.
The 7 on the primer is early and maybe Taisho?

Kanji reads: "Sankai Seki shubi-tai Ochiai butai"

Translates to:
Shanhai Pass Garrison Ochiai Unit

Kanji Reads: "Kajikawa butai Ishizaka Seijiro"

Translates to:
Seijiro Ishiazaka of the Kajikawa Unit (Seijiro Ishiazaka is the Soldier/engraver name)
