Japanese buttons, help needed in English and Japanese

I got these 2 buttons with a half legible writing. On one side it says "WWII Jap Army buttons", on the other side "Los Negros Island, Admiralty Islands,WWII, R.Spangxxxxx, CMxx (CMIA?), USN, Landing Craft Lion4(?)" If anyone can clarify the sailor's name, rank and landing craft's name/number, I'd be delighted. Also, any idea what the back of the button says?

The button with a lot of Chinese characters says "Guanzhou" (city in the south of China, occupied by Japanese in 1938) and the name of the plant where this button was made). The same name of the plant is included into 2 circles. It is possible Japanese have manufactured buttons in China.
