Japanese Type 3 Conical Grenades

I am trying to figure out all the differences between the Type 3 Conical Hollow Charge grenades.

Can anyone verify if the table on inert-ord site is right? I have been trying to find something where there were 3 models but can only find 2.

Any help would be appreciated.
