Hello

first pics, i will make better one with the outside light in few days.

the paper cylindric box looks like a 2cm Flak30/38 one, but there is no the cutted parts at the bottom, so... what do you think?

regards,
FX

Hi Caracal,
Very nice round, is the red band above the driving band to signify a fuze operated self destruct as i cant see from the pic if the proj has a tracer pocket. Another really nice piece to add to your collection, best regards Weasel.

Hi

thanks!

the red band indicate a tracer yes, i will make a pic for you tomorrow

regards

@WEASEL: here is the cavity for the tracer fuze, there is a thread and is 25mm long

i have added a pic of the noze fuze, i have noticed that case, proj, fuze and the storage tube are all 1942 marked, so probablity all parts are originally together (not "re-assembled")

regards

Hi Caracal,
Thanks for the pics, so did the tracer burn through to self destruct ? or did this round not have this function.
Best Weasel.
