Karinga cluster bombs

Darkman

Well-Known Member
My mate Ron has these Australian made Karinga cluster bomb bomblets and some sort of armourer's tool.
One is marked "MY" (St Mary's Sydney, filling station) 5/81, but otherwise they don't have much useful information marked.
Does anyone know what the colour coding means on the bodies or tail fins, or what the tool may be used for?
Cheers, Graeme

I think that the different colour fins etc were to check the dispersal patterns when developing the weapon {imo }
