hi looking for help with this one best way to restore it ,it was found this year ,it is soild but the case looks rusty ,and pipted same with he head , what is the best filler to use ? or does any one know off a restorer that can sort it out for me thanks

The case looks solid so you could pay somebody to have it bead blasted and then oil the case.
I'm not sure how much that would cost.
