The following label is (almost) standard in all wooden 2-round boxes of Panzerschreck ammo. I am trying to dechiper what the different columns mean. I have added a red number to the different columns to help in the process.
1. 8,8 cm R Pz B Gr 4322 Designated abreviaton for the grenade
2. A.Z. 5095/1 Anschlagznder 5095/1
3. 97 Code for the explosive mixture. 700 grams of (Hexogen or Cyclocol?) and TNT in a 60:40 mix
4. 7R Unknown code. Need help!
5. Digl. R.P. -9,5 -(200*11,6/5,6) Rocket motor contents. "Diglycol" R.P. -9,5 -Raketen Pulver? I assume the (200*11,6/5,6) is length of the sticks, outer diameter and inner diameter
6. rdf. 1944/3 rdf. is not a code. If rdf was a code it would not have been issued as early as April 1944. rdf must an abreviaton, but for what? /3 must be the LOT number.
7. Tpn. 17. 4. 44. A. I assume that Tpn is short for Tpehin. Tpehin was mentioned in one of the earliest documents concerning the development of the ammunition as a supply point. Has anyone any knowledge what the place has to do with it?
