Picked this up awhile ago but have not been able to find what rifle it goes with I have tried a fair variety but no luck

It looks like it might be from the SKS or AK family?

Any markings on it?

Just Tried it on my SKS but the cleaning rod lug is in the way & the foresight is to wide to fit
