Law 66mm

Hi everyone just after some advice/ info. Does anyone know what the legality is to ownership of law 66mm tubes, the ones being sold by dealer come with Deact certs but what if for example you picked them a up a couple of years ago from a Specialist auction site. Just curious how there seen in the eyes of the law or a FEO.
