It is a German Supply container, the only thing you are missing is the parachute, regards Ben
 
Your container is similar to the container on the first diagram, designation : Mischlastabwurfbehälter mit Zubehör Fl 29601
I'm sure there are a lot of variants of this container and I don't know if it's exactly the same. Nothing closer in my doc.

There were tens of different containers, also different shape and size, but each had it's own Fl-number depending for which purpose the internal rack were built. I have a copy of L.Dv.T.g.5207 "Verlastung von Waffen und Geräte der Fallschirmtruppe". The book has 284 pages - and your type is still missing from book!
