Length of WWII US 3-inch M79 AP Shot

Hi,

Could someone confirm the overall length of the 3-inch M79 AP shot?

What would also be very useful to know would be the length of a 3-inch M62 APC shot that has lost its caps?

From "Handbook of ballistic and engineering data for ammunition volume 2" available on DTIC

Excellent. That equals 231mm. After some further digging around, I believe the length of an uncapped M62 shot is about 200mm.
