Lockable ammo collection display cabinets/shelves

I am looking for any plans or detailed photos of display cabinets/shelves for small arms ammunition collections that are lockable. In South Africa private ammunition collections must be kept in a secure place with the following prescribed safety measures:
- in a vault, safe or other lockable receptacle (design not specified);
- on a premises with an electronic burglar alarm system; and
- all windows to be secured by burglar bars.

Cabinets

I do not know if they are imported into South Africa, but I use cabinets with the trade name of "Bisley", and are made in the UK, not unsurprisingly, near the Bisley ranges. They are intended for office use but are ideal for cartridges. The "Multidraw 39 series" are the ones you want.

Their web site is http://www.bisley.com/ and it might be worth checking if they have an SA stockist.
