London county council bomb maps

Does anyone know where/how I can obtain a copy of London County Council Bomb Damage Maps 1939-45 which I think was published jointly in 2005 by the London Topographical Survey and the London Metropolitan Archive?

I also tried to find a copy of this book without success. I dont think they turn up for sale that often, all my searches were fruitless, but you may be lucky.

I'm primarily a book collector - particularly focusing on inter-war London.
