Looking for images for IJN 250 kg bomb

Hello to all. I'm making a color profile of IJN D3A2 Val carrying standard 250 kg bomb. I have problems with making a proper image of the bomb. Most of the profiles of "Val" I've seen so far has it's 250kg bomb just like black thingie...http://img.wp.scn.ru/camms/ar/1027/pics/65_21_b1.jpg http://img.wp.scn.ru/camms/ar/1027/pics/65_23_b2.jpg That's wrong. Japanese ordnance was very accurate both colored AND marked according to it's purpose... Does anybody have any detailed photos of the Japanese Navy 250 KG Bomb carried by "Vals"? Thanks in advance. Sincere regards, Mangas.

Hi Mangas,

Check out this PDF file of mine available free on Scribd. It is TM-E9-1983 ENEMY BOMBS & FUZES - SECTION III JAPANESE BOMBS. It has fantastic detail and even though the illustrations and diagrams are greyscale it gives both Old and New colour details. This information should give you a head start. Just a matter of getting the right shade of each colour.

While at this link check out my other PDF files as you could find more interesting items.

Cheers,
