what does the PW code stand for on this grenade?

I am also seen one with a H&W 10-95 on it. What does the H&W stand for?

H&W was Haley and Weller they were absorbed into the PW Defence business a few years ago. The L series smoke grenades will appear with both codes on as they continued to be made at the same factory in Derbyshire when H&W were taken over.
