Lot Code Question

I am trying to hunt down the LOT CODE DYM ... it was found on a M49A4 60-MM HE mortar.
Actual stamped markings are: DYM83E001-018

The LOT code was stamped in ... the painted LOT CODE was EC which I don't have anything on (except U.S. which would make sense).
Actual painted markings are: LOT EC-8 (unknown number - 225 - (unknown numner) 2

Another tidbit of information ... the primer for the mortar is from South Korea ... not sure if this helps or not.

Any ideas on the DYM?

If it's an american manufacturer than DYM stands for DYNATION CORP, 3 CANAL ST, PASSAIC, NJ 07055

EC should be:
EVANSVILLE CHRYSLER ORDNANCE PLANT (USA)

or less likely:

Ethyl Corp
Ferndale, MI
