Luftwaffe SC 50

Finally got my hands on a lovely SC 50, beautifully restored for years to come.

It's a early type, made by the Germans for the Spanish Civil war, and returned to the Luftwaffe for the bombing of England.

Complete with type 15 fuse, this was dropped on Essex around 1940/41, where is was found and defused twenty-five years go.

Phil (Satan18) restored this example and I finally received it last week.

Always wanted one and this is a dream come true

Hope the pictures do it justice.

Many thanks to Phil and Weasel for their help in me owning this one.

Hi,
why do you think that this bomb is made before 1937 (spanish civil war), especially with the (15)fuze. The (5) is the second production model, the first, sometimes called (A), I have never seen myself.
regards,
Bellifortis.
