I found nothing in the search on the M13 PRATICE A.T. RIFLE GRENADE.iN 1942.So I thought I better try tnd get the best historty on it I could. THE AMERICANS WERE LOOKING FOR A HEARD HITTING RIFLE GRENADE WITH A SHAPE .CHARGE.FOR OBVIOUS REASONS.
The M13 rifle grenade is a very large and heavy rifle grenade, the united states we belive used the head of the projectal and made the bazooka round. They are quit rare even the manual had no pictures
The story go,s that it was shot from the browning 1919 50 cal. but had problems with the cartarage weighting to much.Obviously needed a rocket moter.
For ref. guide see the grenede reference manual #1 I hope this helps. There is a few web sites with pictures of the M13.
Hope thhis clears up some of the mistery.
