M152 box maker identificatio

I recently found a M152 AT mine box, and I'm hoping someone can help me with it's identification.
I know the box was made to carry 5 Mk. 5 AT mines and their Mk. 3 fuses, but any examples I have every seen had a BSMS/c (Butler Stamping) identifier on it. This one has what looks to be ETC/c. Can someone tell me who made this box?
