M34 WP grenade

Has anyone seen a M34 grenade like this before? I have the opportunity to purchase it, but I have never seen one like it before looks to me like a rubber dummy. I have purchase good quality items form the gentleman in the past and hes says its real. Any thoughts I know there is years upon years of knowledge here/

The stick-on letters, I don't think, are mil-spec. And, not even a good rubber one.
