Question … what are the differences between all the M52 series of grenades?

There seem to be several different versions. M52, M52R, M52P1, M52P1R, M52P2, M52P3.

The difference is in fuze type used for grenade assembling.

P2 : pull igniter
P3 : common igniter

Thanks … so now what does the R mean after? Does that have to do with the fuze as well?
