Joe,

My guess is that it's a German (used) DM61 HEI round, but loaded by the Dutch (NWM)
if you look at the writing on the case it says German HEI.

projectile was made by ZEL: Zeller Corp., Defiance, Ohio, USA, (year not readable in your picture)
Fuze is the DM221, a licened Greman copy of the M505A3 (Aufschlagzünder DM221 made by Diehl, Germany)

On my picture a DM61 HEI round with a similar DM221 fuze, but 'more modern' paint scheme.

Do you have a German document on this round? I am looking for the main charge weight. I am sure it is the same as the Us version, but given the US made the projectile body I want to confirm the charge and weight.

Joe

The weight of the HEI main charge is 10,6g.
The HEI charge consists of 64% Explosive 810, 35% aluminum powder, 1% graphite.
