M85 inert submunition

Bought a inert M85 at a car boot. Had a quick web scan to identify it, looks like M85 submunition used by Israelis not sure if other countries use this? It has extendable wings that rotate the bomblet to unwind the firing pin and a weight that would assist the sliding tray to move out. I assume this is held in place by some form of pin which also hold the small weight slide to the to fuze body. Seems to be an improvement over the M42.
Just to be safe in my mind, ie piece if mind, are these inert cluster munitions with INERT painted on the side factory made and not made up from some ordnance depot from a live batch, they are 100% safe. I also noted that the blue meaning practice is also seen on some live UXO submunitions unless its me getting older.

here is a pic of this fuze in "armed condition". Often found like this on the ground unexploded

Interesting mechanism, it looks like there is a catch or something that holds open the slide so it cant be pushed back in. Interesting also to see theres something inside the slide just where the weight connects.
Would there be a clip to hold the ribbon in place or a pin to release the slide before being deployed.

It's not a m85, but a DM1348, the same body as the DM1385, but without a self destruct mechanism in the fuze. The (X) M80 has a smaller body as the M42/M46/M77.

Just changed a spelling mistake; (X)M85 should be (X)M 80
