Maker of 18 Pr Mk III HE shell - GLCC/L?

I’m trying to work out the maker of this 18 Pr Mk III HE shell dated 29/11/15 - GLCC/L. The back slash (solidus) usually indicates a country, but I don’t think Lithuania, Lichtenstein, Lebanon et al made too many 18 Pr shells! Any ideas?
Thanks, Graeme

GLCC/C - Gas Light & Coke Company - London. Dauntsey House, Frederick's Place, Old Jewry, London, EC2. Telephone: City 3660. T.A.: Blangus, Thread, London.

Was one of this biggest gas companies in the UK and was Nationalised in 1949, identified as the original company from which British Gas originated.

The letter(s) after a solidus can also denote the inspection area e.g. L - London. It is possible that C - Canada and T - Tasmania etc., actually relate to the Inspection area as opposed to country or state, yet to find any evidence.

Is it possible to have a picture of shell please ?
Thanks

Sorry, not mine. This is the only other photo I have showing the driveband.
it’s a standard Mk III HE Shell that would have the rebated/stepped top lip so the skirt of an 80/44 fuze would screw right down when used in an AA role.
