CMC - Crittal Manufacturing Co., Braintree, Essex.
TG - Two possibles - Thomas Glover Ltd., Edmonton, London. Know for their primers, however they made gas meters so presumably had the skills to manufacture boxes. Another possible is The Gramophone Co., normally used the monogram of TG Co. but it is not unusual to lose a "Co." They are generally known for fuze manufacture but apparently made boxes.
