Manufacturer's initials for British bomb pistols

Does anyone know the manufacturers name for the following letters, C.M.P., which are stamped on a British No.28 II bomb pistol.

Cooey Metal Products, Brighton, Ontario, Canada.

Cooey's main products were .22 rifles and shotguns.

Can you confirm that it is C.M.P. and not S.M.P.? The latter I've found to be the most common maker's mark on British pistols. As yet I've been unable to identify it.

I have just confirmed that the stem is marked CMP with No 28 II above it and 2-40 below it.

Hi,
This bomb pistol is marked LECCO with No 28 III above it and 1-41 below it.
Does anyone know who LECCO is ?
