Marine mine.

Good morning,
Here is an aquatic mine 38cm in diameter.
It looks like the German "TW 14/42 W10" mine. Thanks to member MINENAZ16 for directing me.

However, it does not have the large plugs between the two contactors.

There is a red star in paint marking.

Any ideas ?
