Markings on Dutch Landmine No. 2

Who know this factory code on the Dutch Landmine No. 2.
It is a W with a circle with in the middle I think HD.

Is this from Van Heijst & Sons from The Hague in the Netherlands. This metal factory has made a lot of military items, etc.
