Max size of WWII u/w 'limpits'

Hi gents,

Could anyone tell me with any precision what the largest underwater manhandled limpit mine used in WW2 weighed?

And / or more specifically, what was the weight of the largest manhandled limpit used by divers that exfilled from any of the X-Craft midgets? Not the largest weight mine left by an X-Craft, but the largest weight of one that a diver physically attached to a ship.
