The thread on 'Other' concerning 'Holy Grails' showed some enthusiasm for the Mills Cylindrical. You might like to see a few other designs:
a. One and a half Rolands;
b. Likely an early Mills manufactured Roland style grenade in aluminium (sectioned) alongside the Roland sectioned;
c. Believed to be a Mills manufactured oval version of the Roland;
d. A pair of Mills Aerial Grenades (anti-Zeppelin, anti-submarine);
e. A Mills body with integral gas-check (unlikely Mills manufacture but he did consider the idea);
f. Comparison of a Roland base plug and an early No 5 base plug (I think it likely that Mills used the same profile base plug as the Roland in his earliest No 5 type grenades - after he went solo that is);
g. Mills Rifle Percussion Grenades (RPG) incomplete, one with integral gas-check for discharger;
h. Sectioned Mills RPG dreamed up as an alternative to the No 22 which was producing unwelcome prematures:
