Mills fill plug. Is this a genuine one?

Is this a genuine Mills fill plug or something someone just improvised? Any info appreciated.

Probably improvised . What are the body markings on the grenade ?

I won't know that for another week or two until I actually get my hands on it. I'll post a pic of the markings at that time.

Improvised. The only filler screws that did not have a screwhead slot were Isreali made copies that had a Allen Key screw.
