Mills grenade makers

I've been asked if number 36 Mills grenades made by the following makers are common, and who the makers are.

"M" on the body and lever
"T A & S" on the body, lever and base plug.

Both items in great condition.

M - Maxwell, Canada. A reasonably common Canadian make.

TA&S - Thomas Adshead & Son. A common British make; Adshead were one of the WWII repeat batch manufacturers.
