two mills grenades for I.D please, one with a hole above filling plug and one with a greenish blue colour, thanks in advance

I suspect the No36 was a lighter at some stage and some one has tried to make it back to original form.
the number 5 is all there apart from the paint and a plain base plug not stamped yet
