Mills Patent Grenade

I am reseaching the Mills Bomb Patemt. I have a co[py of the patent but am looking for decent pictures of an actual example. Can anyone help?

An unfinished casting, the filler screw aperture not drilled and tapped. Also the lever is incorrect, being an adapted lever from a Mills No.5 grenade.
