Mills Training Grenade ?

Picked up this today, Looks to be a Mills Training Grenade ? Would it be WW1 or WW2 , thank you for any help, Found that the letter "Q" on the casting shows it was manufactured by Qualcast of Derby

Looks like a reject casting. The hole in the base is offset, the segment lines are uneven so it has the characteristics of a reject.

May or may not have been used for throwing practice, but looks in un-thrown state.

Would be WW2 or later.
