Mine fuze for id please German WW2

Good morning, please see the attached photos of what imagine to be a mine fuze of some sort. The prongs are for fairly standard use but why are there electrical wires? Also, the aluminium part has a hole through it so it might be a drill fuze?
any thoughts from the mine experts out there?

I believe these are fuzes for coastal mines that are electrically detonated in unison. I have attached a photo of the fuzes alongside some sea buckthorn, from the former collection of Peter Kunz (the collection is on display in Overloon).

No!!! Not a naval mine!!!!These types of mines were anti-personnel mines; the fuzes were screwed into the aluminum tips—which featured sand discs—and several mines were connected to one another.

Hi Dave,I checked through my photos and found another interesting one. The fuze is a German electric anti-personnel mine fuze, the Z.40. You can also see the *Sanddorn* (threaded adapter) into which the fuze is screwed, as well as the contact plate for the anti-personnel mine. Harry
