Not of particular interest except that the case is marked
"1.457 In. Subcal Gun"
"F.A. 1914"

I don't think that I have ever seen a subcal marked case.

The projectile is just nicely marked.

Not a mis-match, correct case for that projectile, Coastal Artillery use and land use with the 1.7 Pdr. projectile.
