Who has info on the main charges used, i.e. which composition, who is the MFG. contractor, what are the developments, or are the explosives imported?
Who knows about parts MFG and contractors?

If it is the modern stuff that you are wanting, Jane's Air Delivered Weapons would be a great source for what you seek. You might find one in a good library, or the occaisional used bookstore copy. That's where I lucked into my older copy.
