More German Squeezebores

Nice projectiles Steve, really jealous! I thought I would ask you since you are the best chance, but have you seen a long 5cm case in the US? Need one for my squeezebore projectile but only seen complete, overpriced or relic ones.

Up until today, I thought there were only three types of projectiles for the 75mm Pak 41: tungsten core, mild steel "W" and HE. However, I am now being offered what is being described as another version of the tungsten core. It looks almost like the W, but is a little shorter. Here is a comparison of the two. It is not inexpensive, so I was hoping to get your opinions.

I know of 5 types. Check the dimensions on this drawing. Also check when unscrewing the tracer there is a channel visible. The channel from the core to the tracer releases trapped air when inserting the core. It is a methode to check if you are dealing with a German hard core projectile.

If we devide early 10 hole types and later 5 hole types, i ve seen 7 different until today. Not including proof shots

I now have four types of Pak 41 projectiles in my collection.

Very nice row. Although I have never seen one in the flesh, apparently there also was a steel core.
(St.K. = Stahl Kern = Steel Core).
