Hi all can anyone id this for me , I am thinking of buying it but the guys not 100% sure if its british is it a HES etc

The photo quality sucks so bad, no one can ID it. When you can read the lettering and post a photo, then maybe.

I would say its an 81mm practice round. The colour doesn't really match that of a practice round though (should be blue). It does appear to have early markings or maybe added at some time - not sure about the '8.8'.
