Any ideas on the manufacturer of this mortar, 120-MM ILLUM?

It looks like the Spanish ones that were for sale here in the states about 10 years ago. They were supposedly brought in for evaluation and the ones for sale were excess/overruns. There were long streamlined HE projos and HE's that were supposedly to simulate WP. There is also a long streamlined ILLUM, same shape as the HE's.
I have the packing crates and the rounds and shipping tubes.

Here are the 4 rounds. The fuze came with the short Illum. I put the German time fuze on the tall one. Standard U.S. mortar thread.

It's effectively Spanish !
