My french 1936 A/T mine

These are some pictures of my french a/t mine with steel and ally fuze`s dates 1936, this example may have been used by the germans in the war as it has some camo striping that looks very close to the camo used on early german mine cases ! and the germans did use all of french resources ! enjoy

The German designation is Le PzMi 407 (f) which is Leiche Panzerabwermine and were used in the channel island of Guernsey
Length 240mm
width 140 mm
height 114 mm
Weight 6.6 kg
Type of filling Picric Acid
Firing pressure 190 - 225 kg
When laid in Guernsey they were classed as Booty which covered any captured enemy mines that were used

Is there any reason why one fuze is brass and the other is made of aluminum?
 
I had a chance to have a closer look at this at Beltring thanks to Steve, a very nice piece which i would think would be a very hard piece of kit to find on the market today.
 
All those that we recovered in Guernsey were too badly corroded to display in the occupation museum, and being filled with Picric acid is a very nasty type of explosive , that stain,s everything that comes in contact with it.
