Hi,
In OP 1187 (2,25in subcaliber aircraft rockets, 1945), OP 1415 (Rocket assemblies complete rounds and component data, 1955) and OP 1664 (US Explosive ordnance, 1947 & 1969), although the drawings are not very accurate, they don't show this design for the noses
