Mystery Ogive: 106 Recoiless round?

Good day. Here is a bit of an odd one. Recently found this ogive and don't have a clue what it's off of. The base measures 98mm / 3 7/8" and it has internal threads. I'm suspecting it's a ballistic cap for a 106 recoiless sabot but that's just a guess.

Doubt if it is for a 106mm sabot munition, the 106mm recoiless didn't have the velocity for an AP round, just HEAT and HEP.
