No dimensions I'm afraid. seems to be solid shot. No tracer pocket or visible drive band. Not sure if the knurling at the rear is supposed to be a removeable cap or not. Diameter is approx 4", this a guess to reference size only

Looks like an AP rocket warhead.
The shape reminds me of the 25LB AP Mk II
I would expect a thread for the motor connection.
