These are static displays at NAS Fallon. I am going to make a post about Churchill County Museum which has a section dedicated to NAS Fallon. What is the plane in photo # 10?

Vlad, Are you in that area now? If you haven't already been, the best ordnance museum around is just down the road at Hawthorne. Tons of munitions there to photograph.

OK, Rick, you win, you are right, the nose is not upturned, must be Vigilante. Most of ID tags of these planes fell off, probably from heat.

You win me NOT stopping by at your place. I am moving my daughter to an aircraft carrier deployment (drivng together) and we have no time to see anyone (plus corona virus is around). So you are spared my company and me drinking all your beer.

This is EOD at NAS Fallon. Here are the "historic" items, usually from outside of the base, from people finding/inheriting them and trying to get rid of them. I saw some cool modern "machinery" (which I am not posting). You may be surprised to see diving suits here, in the desert, but this area has some very large lakes, thus requiring potential underwater preparedness.
