Good morning everybody,

I have a question for our friends from Nederland. I receive yesterday two nederlands badges from a friend but he couldn't say me what for badges they are. Can somebody say me what they represent ?

Yodamaster,

This are the new badges for Military personel working at the EODD. As you probaly no the Dutch had Army, Navy and Air Force EOD like you in Belgium many moons ago.
No it is all together and called EODD.

See you on the 8th of December (St Barbara)

Regard,

Chris

Okaayyyy, I understand better now !

Of sure, 4th of december is sacred. It's just the calendar (and the Boss !) who send the fiesta on the 8 !
To the 8, Chris

Greets

And I suppose that this one was the badge of the "Landmacht" ?

That's correct, dutch army EOD, hope to see you too on barbara but we then are in the middle of moving our unit and museum to our new location.

I'm guessing the badge on the left is for normal working uniform and the one on the right is for a more formal uniform, since they are to the same design.

That's correct ammotechxt.
The right is for official happenings.
